I love to spend a rainy day in the mountains of Virginia. You can see the rain coming over the peaks in a grey sheet. It drips so lightly on the leaves as it trickles to the ground. I listen to the sound it makes on my tent top…tip,tip, tap,tip, tip tap. When it passes…there’s a fresh smell…everything is new.
Rain on me! This would be great at my house, just like the picture, next to the garage.

My ideal rainy day consists of a pot of tea, a good book (romance or mystery), sweatpants and fluffy robe. Plus being curled under a warm fleece blanket and on my black and white striped reading chair next to the window so I can hear the pain pitter-patter down.
