DESIGN*SPONGE

I’ve been a huge fan of Desgin*Sponge for a few years now. I don’t go a day without clicking over to see what Grace and her talented team are up to, so the idea of seeing one of our projects on their site would be one of those “Seriously?!” moments. Today, I’ve been geeking out because it’s definitely a “Seriously?!” kind of day at our house! Remember our DIY glass votive project we posted a few weeks back? Well…

I know, right?! You can check out the full DIY tutorial on Design*Sponge here. And, in case you haven’t already heard,Β Design*Sponge Home is coming out in September and is available for pre-order on Amazon (here). I’ve had mine pre-ordered since April!! Can someone say “obsessive”? ; )

By the way… Are you on Pinterest? It’s addicting isn’t it?! Click the new Pinterest button in the sidebar (or just click here) to follow my boards!

Great DIY project. I usually shy away from DIYs but this project seems “do”able. I love the look of mercury glass and i think it would work perfectly in my dining room. Fun post.

    Awesome! Good work! πŸ™‚

PS- How did you get the Pinterest button on your sidebar? Is it a feature that’s available for others to use on their blog or did you have to “make it up”, for lack of a better term, yourself?

Thanks! I ended up making the Pinterest button in Photoshop. However, they have a button on their site along with instructions on how to add it, etc. Here’s the link: http://pinterest.com/about/goodies/

Hope that helps & happy pinning! : )
