Kitchen

AND WE HAVE LIFTOFF!

kitchen photo

It’s hour seven in the kitchen instillation process. I’ve been busy throughout the rest of the house while the Lowe’s instillation team is busy at work in the kitchen. If you missed it… A few weeks ago, we mentioned that we decided to pay the extra money (to the tune of around $1,200) to have the kitchen cabinets installed by Lowe’s. At the time, we felt like we were going to be missing out on DIYing our kitchen instillation. But now with the hectic holiday schedule and Ash being MIA for a few weeks (more on that here), we’re really glad these guys are here today doing what they do.

The installation looks nearly complete, but there’s still a lot of work to do before calling it “done”. Or as I like to call it, “done done”. Here’s a quick iPhone photo of what it’s looking like at the moment:

It’s a lot different than what it was when we just bought the house…

Pretty exciting, huh?

looks great! I guess I missed the chat about Ashley’s surgery but read the post you linked to and glad to hear she is on the mend. Having the installation done for you sounds like it was meant to be due to the unforseen surgery! Can’t wait to see what the kitchen looks like all complete. So far so… great! πŸ™‚

I’m glad SOMEONE is getting their kitchen done before Christmas! We had hoped to get ours done, but we quickly learned we didn’tt start planning soon enough.  We’ll watch you finish yours and take notes. . Happy for you both and hope you’re feeling better so you can enjoy it during the holidays!

Looks great already! I hope Ashley is feeling better. My sister had that exact surgery the beginning of October. She is already feeling tons better and back her very active work schedule.

    Question.
If I order from your shop the page with special dates on it…can you make one date larger than the other 4? Specifically, the wedding anniversary.

I won’t order until after the holiday….I know you’re loving me about now…. But I need an answer to this before I order.

    I would have husbands birthdate
    My birthdate
    Anniversary
    Daughters date
    Sons date

    Please advise!
